There’s nothing more important to us than your privacy and the security of your transaction. Just like any business, we have to collect a certain amount of information in order to get your purchase to you. We also want to be sure that we can communicate with you about your purchase. What we don’t do is give your information to anybody else, for any reason, ever.
These will vary depending on destination and weight of the items ordered. You will receive confirmation of the total payable including delivery and you can then pay by cheque or direct credit to our bank account.
We aim to have orders dispatched within 72 hours of your order being made and payment received. If the item is out of stock we will notify you by email or phone of the delivery time. You have the option of declining the order.
We deliver via courier therefore we need you to provide us with a correct street address (no PO Boxes) for us to able to deliver to you. (Rural delivery destinations may take extra delivery time. More remote locations with no courier service may require another drop off location for the customer to collect goods from.)
Ownership of goods shall be deemed passed to buyer only when cheque proceeds (if applicable) are cleared by relevant bank/financial institution.
All products purchased will be packed carefully and securely for shipping. All timber buildings are delivered on a pallet. On delivery the pallet may be unloaded as one unit or where not possible carefully unload and stand vertical each panel (do not lay flat). Care must be taken to unload hardware as it may also contains glass.
We accept no liability for duties/tariffs/taxes imposed when goods enter the customer’s home nation. Such or any import duties/tariffs/taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
