Micromesh is a versatile crop cover knitted from thin but strong UV stabilzed polyethylene transparent thread. Unlike plastic, it allows water to permeate through the mesh, self ventilating in the process and creating a healthy growing environment .

Cloche plastic is a standard non-uv stabilized cover supplied with all standard garden series Cloche systems. Unlike Micro Mesh its life isonly up to two seasons.
The soil temperatureand humidity can been raised quicker than Micro mesh so germination can take placefrom seed. Plastic covers can also be usedin autumn to extent the growing season.
The spring clip on the cloche should be used to vent on the hot days to avoid over heating as per the instructions. Plastic Cloche film can also be used in Combination with Micro mesh under the same spring clip.
